Arriving
Unit 4 has a seat or two for the next client and whoever comes along. Come in at your time; the chair before yours is somebody else’s appointment. Running late? Ten minutes is fine; past that we rebook you. The policies cover the rest.
First time in the chair
Read your first visit for how an appointment runs start to finish, and what to ask for if you’re not sure how to describe the cut you want. Anything else is probably in the questions.
Bringing someone
There is seating, so parents and partners are welcome to sit in. Bringing a son or a friend for a cut of their own? Book the two slots back to back.
