Arriving

Unit 4 is a single-chair room with a seat or two for the next client and whoever comes along. Come in at your time; the chair before yours is somebody else's appointment. Running late? Ten minutes is fine; past that we rebook you. The policies cover the rest.

Bringing someone

One chair means one client at a time, but there is seating, so parents and partners are welcome to sit in. Bringing a son or a friend for a cut of their own? Book the two slots back to back.
